Updating a webpage with values from an array

All,

Good day. I have this task of setting the properties of a particular webpage by getting information into a certain array.
The thing is, the webpage is not my own and what I want to do is to somewhat simulate a scenario wherein users input
information from an array and load this value to a webpage.

For example, I want to create a script which would check a particular radio button then input some
data on a particular text field. Upn clicking save, the changes will be made,,
Can someone help me on this?
