Hi everybody, this is what I am trying to do: I have a database where you enter informations (through forms) about employees (name, address...). In another table you can choose the employee, the project, hourly rate and hours he's worked for a given day.
This is the thing: there is a third form where you choose the name of the employee and a date period; it is connected to a query, but the informations do not appear automatically in the subform until you click on the name again. why? same thing happens with the boxes: it's like they do not update unless you click on them. Second and most important problem: I am trying to get everything to flow in a time sheet report that I created, but I am getting stuck in the flowing of the hours for a given event and day. I would like to attach the file, but it seems to be too big. Let me know how I can give it to you thanks a lot guys |

Try compacting you DB first and then make sure you zip it. If that still doesn't get it small enough, then make a copy of the DB, delete the stuff out that doesn't have to do with your problem and then compact and zip it.
