Add Date Function
Hello, I have create a table with a date field (mm/dd/yyyy).
I have given this field the default value of 10/30/2009. Is there a way, when I add a new record, to automatically add the consecutive day, example 10/31/2009? Can this be done with the table, or should I work on the form? Thanks. |

Why the default of 10/30/2009? Why not default to the current date?

well I did not know how to create a table with a field which would show up dates. To bypass the problem I created a range in excel, and pasted these dates (consecutive) into my table. I now have a table with 10 years of dates.
Can you recommend me a better way? Thank you. |

Might be able to offer a suggestion if I understood what you are trying to do and why. You have a table of dates - why? What do you mean by consecutive, consecutive from 10/30/2009 to ? You want to update a group of records, each with a date one day greater than the previous? I am really grasping here.
