Question Alphabetize value lists?

I have set up a v basic database to catalogue our photo collection. The main table is Photos, and I have added fields to this table using the Lookup Wizard that use value lists from other tables, such as Category, Staff, Supporter, Supporter Type, etc.
I have then created a basic data entry form so a value that is taken from the other tables can be selected by the users.
How can I ensure that the values displayed in the value list appear in alphabetical order? We will add to the value lists over time, and the lists are not alphabetised at the moment. At the moment, they display in order of entry.
Thanks very much for your replies.

I assume your list is in a dropdown box.

If you go to the properties of the dropdown box, and select Row Source, you will have a query. Select the Query Builder button (three dots), and then in the graphical display of the query, select Ascending or Descending in the Sort field for the field you want in Alpha order. Save this and it should now display the values in the required order.
