Auto Complete?
Hello all,
Please could someone help me? I am very new to Access. I have a table for customers with fields for Account No, Customer name, Type, & monthly rental among others. I then have a table for jobs. What I would like to achieve is, when in the Jobs Form/Table I would like to only enter the Account number for intstance and the have access fill in the customer name etc. I do hope there is a wiz out there that can help. Thanks, Brian. ![]() |

It is possible, but a lot of it is dependent on how you are programming your forms. I would use a combo box to select the account number and use code to bring the rest of the information.
I have attached a sample DB that does what you are after. Look form: "frmCustomer" S- |
