Unhappy Automatic Inclusion Of Csv

Hi
I have been given the task to create a database for work to monitor the stock production and sales.

I have very limited knowledge of access but the main headache is coming from trying to include csv's in the thing.

As part of this system a csv is being generated by a barcode reader that includes the scanner id, date and time, product reference code and product description.

What I would like the database to do is automatically include the latest information from the csv and enter it into the form (and so subsequently other forms which are related to this one) also with out just adding and adding the same information over again.
I believe that the product id or name must be individual for this to work?

I'm probably going to need a lot of help with this!!!

Although any help will be appreciated.
Cheers
