Automating Reports
I have a query that returns the sales by employee for the week by department. This query feeds a report that I print and distribute to the head of department each week (There are over 20 departments).
I would like to write some code that would creat the report and print it for each department. The would be a huge time saver (entering the department criteria for the query, opening the report, and printing it) Any suggestions are appreciated. |

I would create one report that Groups based on the departments and has the look and feel as multiple reports when printed. This way you only have to print one report with one query. If you would like some suggestions on how to do this. Post a sample of you DB and I will look at it.

Thanks for the point in the right direction. I played around with the grouping as you suggested and got it to look the way I want.
