bringing records to a printable form

Hi... need help... I want to bring a record to a printable form... to be more specific I have a datagrid with a few columns from an access table and for each record i want to be able to print a form filled out with the specific record via buttom or link or whatever... the thing is i dont know how to put the information on the form... because is not like a datagrid is like a sale reciept.
