Can't open database (jet DB error)

Hi,

Suddenly i was kicked out of my databse and couldn't open it anymore.
The following message appeared: The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time (with error code 3197).

Is there a way to solve this?
Regards,
Schrobbie
