deleteing an indavidual record

i have a form that has 36 text boxes in a row each individualy named (ex: employee_1, employee_2, and so on) my question is:

1. how would i make it possible for the supervisor to add his/her employees names in the text boxes just from a excell spreadsheat by a.)click a button or b.) drag and dropping them in.

2. then if one of the employees were to quit or get termed how would i make it to where the list of employees auto update and move up when the employee at hand is deleted from the list.

if you need to see the database let me know, i have changed it from being unbound to a totaly bound database.

thanks for the help
