Forms - Duplicate Records

i m new user to access i just wanna know how can i count duplicate recodes for example how many time
record repeat in one column

run a query off your table add the field names twice that you will be counting duplicates, click view, totals. then group by "Count" on the first instance of the field and leave the other as "Group By"
