Question Employee Time Sheet

I need help.......PLEASE! I am trying to build a table that can track our employees hours worked. I found an example on here that someone had posted but it only works well on even hours and not with quarter or half hour.... Our employees get paid every two weeks and I want to be able to track their time for each pay period and for the year. Also I want to be able to have a report that shows our overtime so that we can keep it under control. Please help.......I am teaching myself access and it is a very slow process but everyone here has been a big help so far. I really don't even know where to start on this one.

Lets start with the Data structure. What data do you need to store in your DB? What do you need to do with it? Etc

Come up with a Database structure (tables, fields, Datatype) and then post it and we will help you correct that.

Then we can help you with what the system is going to do, and how you want to do it.

Sorry It took so long to get back

Sorry again, I work for an ambulance company so my I'm pulled in alot of different directions. However I have been able to get a table that will kinda do what I need but I need help. I have attached a copy of the tables I'm working on......Here is the problem. It is only figuring the hours and not minutes.....if you look in the query employeehrs you can see what I mean. Please help me. I also would like to be able to sort them by pay periods.
