finding records using value from lookup list

I have a form for our printed publications that contains a lookup field, Category ID,from another table. This field displays the names of different categories for our publications in a drop-down list, and was set up using the Lookup Wizard.
I want users to be able to find and filter records based on a publication category, but when using the standard Find command, only the Category ID can be used to search on the field. I want users to be able to enter in the Category name though.
Is there a way for this to be done for a very novice user who has no VB knowledge??

Thanks for your help.
