I created a function booking form with a subform to put down a list of food ordered. I cannot get each form to have its own list of food ordered via the subform. It merely copy each subform list for each record of form. I am going round and round trying to figure out what I have went wrong in the relationships arrangement. Have I missed something really obvious?

I have modified the base table structure of the subform and added some events in the ItemID afterupdate and quantity afterupdate event of the subform and set the master child relation ship of the parent form and child form to ID. Subform property also changed from datasheet to continuous form for a better visual effect. Just go thru the MDB coding and you will definitely understand.

Many thanks. I will try to understand the class module. How did you get two primary keys in one table? I tried to do that myself. Northwind database achieved that!

To create a concatenated primary key, in the desgin view of the table, hold your control key down and select the row of the fields you wish to be part of the concatenated primary key. The click on the key button in the toolbar.
