Help wanted with an Access Case (forms)

Hi guys,

I have a case study to solve for school and I am stuck at some point where I have to design forms. (More precisely at page '109' of this PDF File https://www.dropbox.com/s/y9pcu8cj58mh16i/Granny.pdf)
I can not draw the table part as it is drawn on "Figure 3"

If someone had the time to check this out with me, I would be forever grateful!

Since this is a school project, you will be better served with specific questions. You will find that people who participate in forums are reluctant to do homework or projects. They will address specific issues raised as you do your project, however, but will not generally respond to "how do I answer the question on page x."
