Sorry I am a very novice person when it comes to Access and especially programming. I have created a form that I need to have data auto populate from a table I already created. How can I do this? Example. I would manually enter agent ID. I want Access to go to the table and pull up the information related to that ID. Can this be done? |

Yes, that's probably the most common thing that anybody ever does with a database. Study your Access Help and read tutorials like this one: http://allenbrowne.com/tips.html.
The problem with trying to teach someone in a forum like this is that there are dozens of ways you could do what you are asking about. Which way would be most suitable is highly dependent on the details of your application, your skill level, who will be using the database, and many other factors. I could teach you how to do it in several semesters of class, as I did for many years.
