jpegs in access forms. help please

I have a small but simple problem and my brain isnt of the programming kind so I haven't been able to figure this out myself.
Basically I need to display a small JPEG image in a form. This image must change in accordance with a field. This field simply displays the location of the image. I have no clue how to do this so any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Nic

Look at the Sample Northwind DB that comes with that. One of the employee forms does exactly that. If you have any other questions ask away
