MS Access Security Wizard

I want secure my access db with mdw file for this I have followed following steps, I am attaching 2 error gif file for Info
1) Created new mdb created new mdw file as per requirement at required path
2)Created New user added him in Admins group
3)set pwd for Admin user
4)Created another new mdb and login as my user id
5)Imported required tables from diff mdb
6)Noew when I try to run Security Wizard it gives me Error

"You must be member of Administrator(Admins) group to run Security Wizard and Secure Database"

but if I log in by Admin then it allws me I have seen that I am also part of Admins group so why its giving me error

I will be reallyy very very very thankful to you because on this query my most of problems and others problem are depending
Please help me out ASAP
