Need HELP! Trying to limit data in a chart among other things

My project is to try and limit the number of samples on my Access chart. In my current version I am using replication to update my chart on another machine. My problem here is that I would like to limit the data for the chart to say the last 12 entries to the table. Right now my chart reflects every entry on that table. Also I would like to place a button on my data entry form to run the replicate now. Is that possible in the code?

In another version of this project I am playing with DAO but have had little success in getting it to work. I feel like DAO is probably the way to go but I believe I am getting hung on the code.

Any suggestions?

I don't completely understand what you are asking.

Could you give more information on what you are asking

As far as DAO, ADO is the new standard to start using. I would learn Active Data Objects.

Out of curiosity, under what enviroment Network) are you using repliation
