I am looking for some help on adding a couple of fields to the free MS desktop customer service template. I tried to do it myself but know very little about access and couldnt make it work.
The KB field can be removed and replaced by 'Order Number' and then I need another field 'PO Number'
Also I have a question this will be used in a small call center with about 20 employees. Ive read that is should be made in to a "backend" and "frontend" is it possible to do this? And is there anyone willing to help out?
