Need some help with free desktop customer service template from MS

Hello all

I am looking for some help on adding a couple of fields to the free MS desktop customer service template. I tried to do it myself but know very little about access and couldnt make it work.

The KB field can be removed and replaced by 'Order Number' and then I need another field 'PO Number'


Also I have a question this will be used in a small call center with about 20 employees. Ive read that is should be made in to a "backend" and "frontend" is it possible to do this? And is there anyone willing to help out?

Perhaps you should look at this tutorial to get a better idea on building and amending databases.

Access Basics

To add a new field to your table, open your table in design view. In a new row, give your field a name and a data type. Save the table.

I have honestly tried, I just can not wrap my head around access.

Side note, what part of lake county? I used to live in Ingleside.

I didnt see anyway to attach it to this post so here is a download link. When you click on new and the case details box popsup where KB is I need that to be Order Number field. Undernieth Order Number a new field called PO Number.
Resolved Date to be moved to undernieth Due Date field.
