New records insertion via option group
I don't know if the following requirement is possible.
I have a buffet function booking form where revelant details are inputted. If a person want to book the same function on a weekly or monthly basis, he can do so only once. To do that he has to click on a option group ('Standing Order' field) and select 'Ad Hoc', 'Weekly' or 'Monthly'. If he choose either the last two, he can type in the dates for future functions. Those future dates are then automatically feed back into the booking form, in the 'Date of Function' field. New dates are automatically created in the form. The dates replicate the details of the original booking, all details except the booking ID.
I want to use the booking form as a reference form for all bookings. Is it possible or is their a simpler way? I have not yet created a option group for the 'Standing Order' field.
