ole

Hello,
I try to put a bound ole field in a form. I would like to link the contants.
When I set the properties to 'linked' and I try to insert a picture (right mouse click, 'insert from file') I only get an icon, instead of the picture itself.
When I insert the picture with copy -> paste, >I see the picture, but it is not linked but embedded.
How do I solve this?
