Unhappy one-to-many relationship

I know it appears daft but I cannot get a one-to-many relationship set up in my database. See attached zip file. What I wanted to do is whenever I type in a department name, the department details should automatically be pulled out, eg. code code, authorised signature. Look in the relationship box, and the only relationship I am allowed for tables FunctionBooking and DepartmentDetails is a one-to-one type. I was advised to avoid that relationship if possible, and this database will be get more bigger and complex later, hence the need to get the relationships correct first time!

Thanks.

Paul

I managed to solve the problem. It was to do with the Indexed tab in the field.
