Question option group question

Is there any way to create an option group that is driven by values in a table? Basically what I want to do is allow the user to select 1 to x values, which already exist in a table, then enter some quantities for their selections and have the form do some calculations based on the selected fields and data entry fields.

I think this can be done. I have the table values coming up but I can't seem to figure out how to create multiple option buttons for each table entry.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!
Naomi

Does the option group grow based on the number of records in that table or the number of columns in the table?

It's based on the number of records.
