Page breaks in Reports

Reports - Page breaks in Reports

I have a report that has a group that I have set to Keep Whole Group Together on One Page - so I can get a page break after each group. My report has about 10 breaks on this group, It breaks and start a new page almost all the time, but sometimes when the group changes - it does not do a page break - it just starts the new group on that same page.
Also - when a group has more than one page of data - how do I get it to show the group title again on each page for that group after the first page
