Open control panel and select Regional and Language Settings. Click customize. Click the Date tab. Under short date, type, yy/MMM/dd (caps matter). (There are different seperator options). On the form put a text box on it. Set the property of Format to short date and the property for Default to =Now(). I tested this and it worked great.
