Query Problem

Yes. Let make this problem clearer.

My database is an ordering system. I would like to once a

month send a letter to clients stating that they have not placed an order

for over a year. Therefore each month I would like to run a report

giving me names and address on client who have not placed orders.

This will be a monthly process and I would like to avoid sending letters to client

who have already received a reminder letter.

How can I create a query to do the above once a month?

The query can be based on Date of order.

Constructive help would be greatly received.

The first part is to find the last order date for each customer. Attached is a sample file for a similar post yesterday.

Filtering the last order date is simple but you will need some record of customers who have had letters sent out so that you can filter them out. You will need to account for customers who put in orders after the letter is sent out.
