reports
hello reports master,query lords and table creators
lets say a form gives me 15 results/records how can i jsut print the record that i am on (except for print screen option) how can i by clicking a button genereta a report of all the results that i have found thank you |

There are a number of things that you could do.
For the first task. The simplest is to print the form. The best option though is to design your report first. Then put a button on your form using the controls wizard to preview a report using only the current record. For the second task, design your report and then insert a button on your form again but using all records this time. |

i am a sort of newbie and my next natural question would be how cani get my report to jsut show me the current record the printing function in the reports options only says to print the full report thanx |
