Reset Autonumber
I have a table with the key field of ClientID as an autonumber. The table has 800+ records, but somehow the autonumber field has been corrupted and is now counting from 130.
I remember reading of a method of changing the autonumber to whatever you wanted, I think by way of a query, but cannot find any details of the method now. Can anyone help please? Many thanks Roger |

Technically you can't reset the orginal autonumber, but this will help you overcome that limitation S- |
