Reports - Resetting Page and total pages

I'm doing a report for all our Salemen. Right now the page footer prints 1 of 50, 2 of 50....

Our Accounting department wants it to reset for each Salesmen. Example would be 1 of 2 for Salemen AA. 1 of 5 for Salemen BB, etc....

Is this possible??

Thanks in advance,
Greg

They are asking for separate Reports for each salesman. Page numbering is always per Report. It would be possible for an experienced Access developer to create custom page numbering by Groups, but I wouldn't try to teach a novice how to do it. Your simplest solution is to run your Report for one salesman at a time, if that is practical (how many salesman are there? if it's just a few, it shouldn't be a problem; if you have dozens of salesmen, it might be worth hiring an Access developer to write the code to show custom Group page numbers).

Thanks Don.

I'd say we have about 10 Salesmen so I will go the route your suggesting just run it for each salesmen.
