Running an *.mdb file on comp without ms access????

Hi there!
What do I need to download to run *.mdb (ms access) file on a comp which has not Ms Access installed???
Perhaps could you tell me the exact name of the software (and where could I donwnload it) and could you tell me if I need to download the latest patch (and where) ???

Search for MS Access runtime version in Internet. I have one but it is a copyrighted material from a third party vendor. I hope freeware version will be available in Internet.
