Table help
here is the most current version of the database that i have.

what i am trying to do is figure out how to:
1. add another table to the database and make it update along with the old table, being that i have already filled my first table (all 255 fields)
2. how would i encorportate were i could leave the employees names or pull the employees names from a excell spread sheet instead of having to type the names on the form everytime i add a new record.
