trying to auto populate some fields

Please help. We are new to ACcess.

At our current project, we have 10 tables with and 8 of them having system name as the primary key and two of the table have combination of system table and Compliance Id and interface id as the primary key. We created 7 tab pages to fill the data as sections. (project is about financial systems' data collecting and creating access database for all the systems)

The idea is when the user enters the system name in the first tab page, then Access should auto populate all the remaining tab pages with the same system name. WE have created relationship between the tables and created one big query, selecting all the columns in the table and at each field in tab page, put the control source to update the respective table columns.

The problem we are having is, when we created this big giant query with 800 columns, and trying to access the tab pages, just the blank page is coming up. But in the design view, we are able to see all the columns. How can we eliminate this problem and auto populate the system name in all pages? Thanks.
Please replay ASAP and we are very new to access. Thanks once again.
