Unhappy Updating order levels

Hi i am doing a database for a stock system and i would like to know is there any way where you can search for an order using the order number for a example and then input the numbers of stock delivered and one month and then go back to the same order number the follwing month and then type in that more of the same item has been delivered and make access update the total delivered for both orders. i am doing this because if i order a 100 items of something i will not recieve all the 100 items in one deliver, i might recieve 10 items one month and another 10 the followingmonth

thank you

the entity i want to update is qty ordered to date and the entity i will be inputting values into is qty delivered.
