Urgent MS Access help Needed

Hi..
I have an Access Application a Back End which consists of MS Access Tables, and the front End has everything else

The BAckend is located in a shared Folder in a Network drive. And The front end is located on workstations that have access to that folder (All have read and write access)

The problem is that When from one of these workstations I try to Link the front End to The Back End (in the network folder).. It tells me I need read and read design permission on each of the tables..

Where do I goo to set those permissions?

I did set the permissions on my own Workstation before putting the Backend in the shared drive, but it still doesn't work. Only I can Link to the tables from my workstation....

Please I need Help Badly
Thanx
