ASP, IIS, NTFS permission problem

I had a localhost working in my hard disk with no problems at all.
I added a new hard disk, install XP, IIS, and set the old disk as slave.
Most of the asp pages work fine.
But the asp pages that try to access (read) a file get stucked and won't finish to execute.
I had this problem before in another computer with XP/NTFS.
But this time I can't get to solve the problem.
I've already gave FULL CONTROL to ALL users in the computer in the NTFS folders.
Already tried to allow/disallow Anonymous access. Disable Norton Anti-virus. No firewall.
Any more suggestions ?

I moved the folder to the new hard disk and solved the problem.
