How do I block certain IP addresses from accessing my website?

Right-click on your website to bring up properties. Click on the "Directory Security tab", then click on the "Edit" button for "IP Address and Domain name restricitions." In there, you can do this.

This only is available on server versions of IIS. On W2K Pro/XP Pro you'll need some kind of external firewall or filter, or use some asp code to filter incoming requests.
