Cannot install IIS

Cannot install IIS

Trying to install IIS on windows xp Pro SP3, but its not in windows add remove components.

All I find on google search is look for C:\WINDOWS\INF\SYSOC.INF and edit the following line "iis=iis.dll,OcEntry,iis.inf,hide,7" by removing "hide"

There in reference to "iis=iis.dll,OcEntry,iis.inf,hide,7" in C:\WINDOWS\INF\SYSOC.INF, or any mention of iis. Can anyone please, please help?
