No Access to web from Internet

Hello I have the same problem with WinXP SP2 - I can get the page with http://localhost/MySite/default.htm and also using IP but I cannot get access from the internet. If you have any kind of answer I would appreciate that...

You probably should start your own threads instead of bringing up a 3 year old one.

Are you behind a router?
If so you need to set your PC a Static IP and Forward Port80 in the Router config to that IP.

Are you using the correct WAN IP?
If you have problems with a dynamic WAN IP then use a dynamic DNS update utility and a free domain name.
http://www.no-ip.com/


Does your ISP block port 80?
If so you will have to change the site port via IIS.
You can then access the site by referring to the domain/IP and the port
e.g. http://mydomain.com:8080
