Error 'This computer is not running IIS versioN 4@higher' on Win XP.
Hi,
I'm using Windows XP Pro. I've installed Internet Information Services (IIS 6) Manager. I'm having problem when connecting IIS to my computer. This is the error, 'This computer is not running internet information server version 4 or higher.' any idea? thanx in advance..

Where did you get the IIS manager? XP Pro ships with IIS 5.1 and when you install IIS 5.1 it also installs the IIS Service Manager for 5.1.
You install IIS on XP from control panel - add remove programs - add remove windows components. You need to be logged in as an administrator user while installing.
