Fix remote procedure call error in IIS
Hi,
Can anyone pls help me in fixing the problem with IIS?I get the error
Remote Procedure Call Failed in my browser when i try to open the
default website.(i.e http://localhost).I initially got HTTP 500 Error and
when i changed the settings in IIS to enable me to view detailed error
messages,instead of friendly errors,i get this message now.So,if anyone
knows abt it,pls reply me.

Sounds like a bad IIS installation. Are there any clues in the windows event log?

Fix R.P.C problem in IIS
Hi,
In the log file,i get the message as "out of process application"
error.I tried to contact microsoft MSDN to know what the problem is,
but to my dismay i got the reason why i get such errors,but nothow to fix it.
If u can help me reading out this article from micorsoft (Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 284716 ),pls help me.Thanks.
