Virtual Directory Setup - How to get rid of U&P window to enter my website?

Hello everyone

I'm struggling with a problem for a week and can't solve it.
I installed win xp pro and IIS components ftp components. I put a simple html file under wwwroot called kuku.html, I gave this directory users, administrators and IUSER permissions of read write and execute in fact full control.

When writing my domain or my ip like: "http://mydomain/kuku.html" , I'm getting prompt window that tells me if I want to connect the website I need to fill in username and password
(I tried to put the user name and password of my windows and also administrator Username and Psswd but nothing happens and the window keep showing ,anyway I don't need it I want to see the page without this window)

If I click http://localhost/kuku.html everything works fine and I do see the page without any prompt window.

Another thing, when clicking in the address bar "ftp://mydomain/testfolder" I can see the folders fine even from remote client.

I set the properties of the IIS web site - enable Anonymous access, and tried with and without "Integrated Windows authentication" but still getting this annoying window.

Please help me with that.

Thanks a lot
