How To Open Port 21
Need to open port 21 to allow users download files
???? Thanks in advance. |

You might need to provide a bit more info. If there is nothing listening on 21 then you've probably not got an FTP server installed. Install one and port 21 should start listening. To get further help we would need to know the OS etc.

none of this has anything to do with IIS. You need to run a FTP server then visit all firewalls and routers to enable port 21 to get through.
