IIS 6 , asp.net internal server error

I am using w2003 , iis 6 and asp.net in my application. making some xml web services connecting to oracle database.
some services are running . some services what i made newly gives error that http 500 internal service error .
help me.

can u tell more abt ur errors? like what kind of services will cause that error?
