IIS Admin Service is stuck on "stopping" - HELP!!

IIS Admin Service is stuck on "stopping" - HELP!!

Hi everyone.
We have a Windows 2003 Server .... and now our website, ftp server, etc. is not working.
I tried to go into the IIS Manager, but when I click on the icon, nothing happens....
So now I goto Services, and I see that the "ISS Admin Serives" is stuck on "stopping" ... and the start and stop buttons are disabled.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Did you add or change any firewall software? Some firewall software can interfere with IIS.

No, I have not installed any firewall software. Any other ideas?

Try stopping the service using command prompt.

net stop w3svc

Hope it works for you.
