Question IIS Dosen't Works

Ok i installed microsoft iis server , it worked at fast and now it dosent works .. i just kept those FORUMAPP forums asp code files into WWWROOT directory and then everything stopped working .. i reinstalled the thing but even when i just open http://mylocalid it throws this error :

Thats nothing wrong with your iis setup, its something wrong with your codeing. Try asking around the asp forums

If you dumped a bunch of code into the webroot you probably overwrote some existing global.asa or some other file.

A better approach is to create a new virtual directory/web application for a new application like a forum.

I agree, though, you have a code problem not an IIS problem.
