IIS header information
Ok maybe someone can help me, I am so lost. I just started running 2 web servers. Well I was told that we can not display header information. Like if someone was to telnet to port 80 of the server it can't tell them what os we have or verison of IIS. So I used this website URL
went step by step and remove and installed and followed what they said to do to remove the headers and make it more secured. well now IIS don't work. I went back and undid everything I did, reinstall .NET and I still can't get it to work. I rebooted the system, restarted IIS and I am so lost. Can anyone help? Thanks
