Angry IIS Help with Windows XP Pro

I am trying to set up a small website for testing purposes before I post to the web but need to be able to access when away from my home. I have installed IIS in XP Pro and det up the default website to point to the directory where the webpages are saved. My problem is that I cannot access the page when using the IP with any account other than the Administrator (of the local machine).

I keep getting a 401.1 error - Access Denied. I have verified that IUSER has access to the directory where the documents are stored. What am I missing?

Thanks for any help!
Tony

Maybe you have some firewall blockage? Is your XP firewall turned on, if so you have to allow incoming HTTP through the firewall.
