|
IIS installation is blocking Internet connect
I am using VS.net 2003 and recently installed IIS to practice ASP development. My local server/ASP works great, however I have somehow lost my outside internet connection. No matter what I try I cannot connect (broadband or dialup). This has to be an easy fix I am overlooking, but I haven't found anything online or in a textbook. I am really at a loss and any help would be greatly appreciated.

From your description I'd say you have a firewall blocking port 80 from getting to your IIS server.
