ISS Issues using Windows Media Centre
Before buying a new PC when using IIS, I was able to use localhost and browse the collection of sites I had, and no troubles.
Now I am unable to do this. I am using Microsoft Windows Media Centre. I have put up with it until now, where I am trying to setup free file upload components, and always unsuccessful due to permissions denied etc. I think all of this is linked. Can anyone advise on fixing this issue as it would save me loads of time. I can tell you that if I want one of my sites to operate I must go into IIS and set the directory to suit. Whereby previously directory browsing would work just fine. Any help would be ace. |

Most likely you have incorrect permission settings. Review your acl's using the security tab in windows explorer.
